Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Vakil360, we are committed to delivering high-quality professional services in a timely and transparent manner. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations are applicable for the services provided on our platform.
1. Service Cancellation Policy
Before Service Initiation:
- If you wish to cancel a service, you must raise a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order or before the process has been initiated, whichever is earlier.
- In such cases, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total service value or ₹250 (whichever is higher) will be deducted as administrative charges.

After Service Initiation:
- Once a service has been initiated including document verification, consultation, and government form filing, or backend work— cancellation is not permitted, and no refund will be processed.
2. Refund Policy
Eligible Refund Scenarios:
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If the same payment has been made more than once.
- Service Unavailability: If a particular service cannot be delivered due to jurisdictional/legal limitations.
- Excess Delay: If there is an inordinate delay of more than 30 business days from Vakil360’s side without sufficient justification (not due to client delay or document issues or delay from Govt. side)
- Order Not Processed: If your request is cancelled before our team starts processing your documents or order.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Once service related work has commenced.
- Rejection from government authorities due to incorrect/incomplete documents provided by the client.
- Failure to provide required documents within the stipulated time.
- Customized services, consultation calls, or legal drafting already delivered.
- If the cancellation is due to a change of mind or personal decision.
3. Refund Process
- All eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (Bank Account/UPI/Card).
- Refunds, once approved, will be initiated within 7 to 10 working days.
- You must email support@vakil360.in with your order ID and reason for cancellation/refund.
